About the dataset

Primary description: Preclinical Alzheimer’s aging cohort

The Harvard Brain Aging Study (HABS) is a longitudinal observational study of healthy and pathological aging from cognitively unimpaired participants age 65 and older. MR and PET imaging protocols were designed to be compatible with ADNI. Clinical assessments include demographics, neurocognitive and neuropsychological assessments, blood work, APOE genotyping, and physiological measurements. Data is publicly available via [https://habs.mgh.harvard.edu/researchers/].
